SHIPPINGDomestic Orders
(Orders shipped within the US) are generally processed within 3-5 days of your order being placed. This means when you order, it may take 3-5 business days to package your order and ship it out. Please contact us if you need your package to ship immediately. W e ship First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Orders of one item such as a Fashion Top will be shipped First Class Mail. Any orders of 3 or more garments automatically qualify for Priority Mail shipping at no additional cost to you.

RETURN POLICY
At Babies N Bellies, we understand the importance of feeling comfortable, so if something you purchase from us does not fit right or just does not work for you, contact us at returns.babiesnbellies@gmail.com. Please do not contact any other email regarding returns. Doing so slows the return process. Please email us with your name, order number, the item which you are returning (with size and color), and why you are making the return. Also, please email us with what you would like in return for your exchange (name of item, color, and size).
You will then be contacted by a returns specialist with your Return Authorization Number and directions as to how you should return your merchandise. Please remember that we will not process items returned without a RA#. Make sure to obtain an RA# and display it on the outside of your return package. Items sent back without an RA# will be refused upon delivery. An exchange can take up to 2 weeks to process and ship due to returns being processed as first come, first serve.
Babiesnbellies.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items shipped to the wrong address for returns. Items described as such are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refunds. *Please keep in mind, that your return is your property until it is received within our facilities and our possession.
Items can be returned for store credit ONLY. No Exceptions. Items must be received back within 10 days of customer’s receipt. Delivery confirmation will be used to determine the drop off date. Babiesnbellies.com reserves the right to refuse or accept exchanges after the 10 day exchange policy. Such exchanges are subject to shipping fees of $5.50 and are not eligible for free shipping on exchanges. Final Sale items cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. Final Sale items include intimate apparel, swim wear, clearance items, and pregnancy piercings. We cannot accept items back that are: soiled, laundered, contain pet hair or smells such as perfume, deodorant or cigarette smoke. Items received in such condition will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition to qualify for exchange. Original shipping charges cannot be applied to store credit. Return shipping is paid by the customer, but the exchange shipping from us to you is free. If you used a discount at the time of purchase, please deduct that amount from the total of which you are returning! (Such as the NEWMOMSROCK discount code for 10% off your entire order.) Upon returning, the customer forfeits any and all discounts! Discounts can not be used when placing an exchange order.
Exchange items are shipped at Babiesnbellies.com's expense, for the first exchange, however, if expedited shipping is required- the customer must pay for the shipping fee. Upon the second exchange and every one subsequent to the first, obtaining the same return authorization number, will have a shipping fee of $5.50 applied to the exchange order.

Merchandise purchased as a gift during the holiday season (November 1- December 26) may be returned for store credit through January 10th (20 days) Providing the merchandise meets all previously listed requirements.

We have several different sales and promotions. At this time, we can only offer one promotion at a time. We cannot apply two discounts in conjunction with one another. All discounts must be applied at time of purchase. We will not apply discounts after the purchase has been made.
Discounts can not be applied towards an exchange transaction.
**Gift Certificates do not count as a discount and do qualify for other promotions.

We do our best to be as accurate as possible with our inventory control for ordering. Sometimes our cart does allow a customer to order an item that is not available. We will do our best to work with you in this case, but please keep in mind that if you cancel any item from your order, and you received free shipping, you may loose your free shipping discount. This only applies to orders of at least $150.00. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
